Love this place for Sushi. Have eaten at the Sushi bar and we do take out about once a week lately. Their Amazing Crab is truly amazing - my girlfriend has added an order to her weekly budget, lol! The Mexican roll is tasty, and I am impressed by their Shrimp Tempura Roll. Most places use one Tempura battered and fried shrimp in the roll, which is great, but at Niji, they use TWO shrimp aligned in opposite directions making the roll twice as thick and twice as delicious! We have eaten here less than a dozen times, so I haven't fully sampled their sushi and sashimi menu yet - I did not see any Toro Tuna on the menu, but haven't asked for any either... We weren't impressed by their Chicken Katsu the one time we tried it, but their sushi/sashimi is very good. I've been eating Sushi for two decades, and have eaten it in Japan more than once, so I do have a decent frame of reference - not that I'm an expert, however! Just a guy who REALLY likes sushi and has had some really good sushi before.
